Access denied to BoreChart XML (Applicability MDTools 965)
To provide access the BoreChart XML,
Give full permission to the folder: C:\ProgramData\VEST\MDTools 965.
Right-click on MDTools 965 folder > Properties > Security > Allow full control to the user.
