When using the "Select From Library" dialog box to search for model data from FluidPowerTools.com, the program will only search for models linked to symbols. If you've created a new symbol and converted it into a HyDraw Symbol, FluidPowerTools.com won't be able to locate the associated model, resulting in no displayed results.
To assign the model data to a new symbol, you can search for it in your local database. However, if the necessary model data is only accessible on FluidPowerTools.com, you'll need to save it in your local database
first and then assign it to a symbol by following the steps below.
1. If the required model data isn't available in your local library, you can find it in HyDraw Library Explorer using more search option.
2. Search the required Model code from FluidPowerTools.com then Insert the symbol into your drawing.
3. Use the HyDraw Property Manager to save the data to your local library.
4. Now, select your newly created symbol and use the HyDraw Property Manager -> Model data to choose "Select From Library."
5. From the local database, select "All Models" and search for the model code.
Additionally, we have the option to link the symbol with the model code using the HyDraw Library Manager.
