How to Create an Electrical Wire Connection
To create a wire connection, follow these steps:
- Open the Connection Lines section of the Connections in HyDraw Library Manager.
- Click New to create a new connection line:
• Provide a name for the connection.
• Set the Application as Electrical.
• Fill in the remaining details as per your requirements and save.
- If needed, go to the Connectors section and add the desired Design Properties, Model Properties and Design Format.
- Now to use the created new connection in HyDraw application, open HyDraw CAD, navigate to HyDraw Options → Application Settings → Connection Properties, and click the Reset button to update the properties.
After saving, you should see the wire listed for drawing connection lines.
