How to Enhance Clarity of Energized Solenoid Dots When Printing the Actuation Chart
When a user prints a colored drawing containing an actuation chart, the energized solenoid dots do not appear clearly. Consequently, it is challenging to determine which solenoids are energized. Below are examples where, after printing the actuation chart, the energized dots nearly disappear.
To ensure clarity during both previewing and printing, we can adjust the color of the energized solenoid block. Below are the steps to modify the color:
1. Go to Insert tab -> Block Definition group and select Block Editor command.
2. Select the block named SolEnergized from the list and press OK.
3. Select the Hatch inside the circle and from the hatch tab change the color.
4. Apply the setting and try to print the drawing.

Note: Users can opt for the monochrome.stb style for printing without following above steps if they prefer the entire drawing to be in black and white.
