How to recover an unsaved drawing file when HyDraw CAD has frozen?

HyDraw CAD automatically recovers the saved file, and on the next restart, it will list all the recovered files. However, to ensure that you recover the file, you can follow the below steps:

1.    Open Windows Explorer and locate the file that needs to be receovred. Make a copy of it in Windows Explorer.

2.    Save the copy of the file with the same name but with a .bak extension. (When you open any .dwg file, it automatically creates a .bak file. This can be used if the file becomes unrecoverable.)

3.    Close HyDraw and reopen it. If it prompts you to recover files, you can recover them. Otherwise, open the file you copied from Windows Explorer.
