HyDraw 2026 Orifice Symbol Issue – How to Restore the Correct Orifice
Issue
The library delivered with the HyDraw Library Manager 2026 setup contains an incorrect orifice symbol.
When this symbol is inserted into HyDraw CAD:
- The attribute <Orifice Size> appears with the symbol
- Edit Orifice feature is not available
Cause
An incorrect Orifice symbol was included in the library provided with the HyDraw Library Manager 2026 setup.

Solution
Delete the incorrect symbol and update the library.
Delete the incorrect symbol and update the library.
- Open HyDraw Library Manager 2026.
- Locate the incorrect Orifice symbol.
- Delete the symbol.
- Run the Update Symbol Library command and update the Orifice symbol.
Result
After updating the symbol library:
- The correct Orifice symbol will be available for insertion in HyDraw CAD.
- The Orifice Size attribute will appear with the symbol.
- The Edit Orifice function will be available for use.
