When starting HyDraw CAD 2020, the splash screen appears and then HyDraw suddenly closes on Windows 11 or Windows 10.

Specifically, this is due to the Windows 11 22H2 update in which the .Net framework has been upgraded. The result of this upgrade does not allow the ribbon menu to be loaded correctly and HyDraw crashes with no explanation. This is also possible in Windows 10 due to more recent upgrades.
