HyDraw CAD 2022 License won't apply and throws an Object Reference error

When applying the HyDraw CAD 2022 CLS ID for Single-user License, the program gives the following error:

Follow the instructions below to set an exclusion for the HyDraw CAD executable:

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.

Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings.

                  

 Under Exclusions select Add or remove exclusions

Under Add an exclusion select File option

Then add the HyDraw.exe from the location shown below.

              

Reopen HyDraw CAD and attempt to apply the License information.
