I'm supposed to see a dialog but nothing popped up, what happened?

Sometimes we see this issue when users have utilized multiple displays. The issue is that the dialog opens where the second display would be, causing the dialog to appear as missing.

Workaround: In order to make the dialog reappear, it can be moved using some Windows commands. Pressing ALT+Spacebar and then typing M will grab the missing dialog and allow it to be moved to the primary screen.
