Inconsistency of the License usage info between FLEXnet portal and Client system

Sometimes the License used in a machine is not displaying in FLEXnet portal and it displays the count as 0. However, in actual the license is somehow not released from the machine.

Solution:
To resolve the License issue, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Close MDTools from the machine having issue.
2. Delete the Embedded folder located at the following location C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\VEST
3. Run MDTools, it prompts for License.
4. Provide the License details, it should work fine.

Check FLEXnet portal, it should display the license in use in that machine.

Note
The sync time is 15 minutes to display license in FLEXnet portal.
It will also not affect the License in other machines and only remove the license specific to the machine.
