Insert Title Block gives Unhandled Exception error (eDuplicateRecordName)
Issue: While inserting Custom Title Block in the drawing, it gives unhandled exception error.
The issue is often the result of Duplicate Template definitions in Block.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps mentioned below: -
- Open the Template in HyDraw CAD.
- Run PURGE in command line.
- It will open the below dialog, select the options as shown below and click Purge All > Purge all checked items.
4. Save the Template.
5. Insert the Template in drawing using Insert Title block command, it will work fine.
