"Requested feature has expired. " message appears when trying to access the license
This message appears when the system clock is out of sync with the FlexNet Licensing Time (Inernet Time) for the respective time zone.
Syncing or manually adjusting the time to match the internet time for the respective zone will resolve the issue.
