Symbol Insertion Point Remains Visible After Editing a Symbol

Issue:

After exiting Edit Symbol mode, the symbol insertion point may remain visible in the drawing.

This issue occurs occasionally and does not affect the functionality of the symbol. It is a display issue only.

Resolution:

To hide the insertion point, reset the AutoCAD PDMODE system variable:

The insertion point will no longer be visible.
