VEST Network License Manager unable to start the Service

When VEST Network License Manager is started, it is unable to start the service and gives the below error message.

Troubleshooting Steps:
  1.  Add Port 7070 in Inbound and Outbound rules in Windows Defender Firewall > Advanced Settings.
  2.  Check the OpenJDK Version, it should be OpenJDK-1.8.0_272 and can be checked by navigating to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features

      3. Ensure that Environment Variables for Java are setup. It is under System Properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced Tab

       4. If the issue persists, ensure that Port 7070 is not used by any other application. To check that run Command Prompt as an administrator.
Type netstat -ano and in the list check the PID with respect to Port 7070.

Or Open Task Manager > Details and search the PID using the Port 7070.

       7. Uninstall the application using Port 7070 and now run the Vest Network License Manager. It will work fine.
