When running the exe file from a network location I am receiving an error stating the file is untrustworthy

When running the .exe file from a network location, this error message appears stating the file is untrustworthy:

This is not because the file is untrustworthy, but rather because the network location is not listed as a trusted location. All VEST .exe files are signed digitally and are trustworthy to run on your system. In order to avoid this message, please proceed with the following steps:

1. Open any Microsoft Office product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
2. Select File and select Options

3. Select Trust Center and then select the Trust Center Settings

4. On the new pop-up, select Trusted Locations
5. Select Add New Locations located at the bottom of the dialog box

6. In the new pop-up window, enter the network location where the .exe file is stored

7. Select OK
8. Attempt to run the .exe file again and the error should no longer appear.

Additionally, your Antivirus program could have some influence on this, you may need to adjust some settings within your Antivirus software to accommodate for this. An example using Norton Antivirus can be found here: Exclude files and folders from Norton Auto-Protect, Script Control, Behavioral Protection, and Download Intelligence scans

Note: When installing on client machines for a local multi-user license, this will need to be done for each system that HyDraw CAD is installed on.
Disclaimer: Install times tend to be longer when installing from an .exe file located on a network location. Best to run the .exe on the local computer istelf.
