You may try the following:
Repair Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (English) or 2016 (English) or both if present from Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features list by selecting Repair. If repair did not help then uninstall and install from setup location: C:\VEST\HyDraw-CAD2022.0.0.8-R-EN\3rdParty\MSACCESS or alternatively for Access Engine 2016 download from https://vestusa.com/Help/Download/Microsoft-Access-Database-Engine-2016-(64-bit).exe
Restart your system and then try opening the drawing.
Right-click the HyDraw desktop shortcut and ‘Run as Administrator’.
Open HyDraw first and then open the drawing. Do not directly open the drawing.
