Run the AutoCAD "PURGE" command and purge unused layers/styles etc from the list or PurgeAll and click Close. Then, Save the drawing and reopen the file. Note, you may need to run PURGE multiple times until the button gets disabled.

The issue is related to 200% or higher scaling screen resolution. HyDraw CAD works up to 150%. Go to Display settings and select a different scaling. To apply changes, you need to log out and log in again into your Windows profile.
