How to Fix NetSkeme Corporate Library Upload Issues (Design Property Display Format Error)

NetSkeme Corporate Library won't upload to NetSkeme

OurProjectSpace will not properly upload a library to NetSkeme if that library has component types with Display Formats that include Design Properties. Currently, Design Properties are not supported in NetSkeme as a Display Format. 

If your library includes component types with display formats that use design properties, you must unassign these display formats from said component types in order to upload your library to NetSkeme.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Please make sure to make a copy of your existing HyDraw CAD library before making the following changes for upload to NetSkeme. 

2. Open HyDraw Library Manager and go to the Component tab → Design Properties. 

3. Confirm whether any of the design properties in the list have "Display in Drawing" checked. 


4. Select any design properties for which "Display in Drawing" is checked and select "Assign to Component". 

5. Click "Select All", then "None" to ensure that the property is not assigned to any component types. 

6. Save the changes. 

7. In OurProjectSpace, upload only the data library again.
